💰 R$2,500 - R$3,000 per month

About the role

  • Responsible for Tecfood system implementation processes with clients;
  • Define routines and schedules for the delivery of implementation projects;
  • Train clients and their implementation units on how to use the deployed system;
  • Identify, record and evaluate new commercial opportunities to ensure compliance with business rules and established technical standards;
  • Serve as the interface between company departments, clients and other project stakeholders, evaluating performance related to the project and developing strategies to address existing challenges and future integration opportunities;
  • Propose new solutions by identifying business opportunities and designing solutions/products for clients;
  • Interface with support teams and clients to clarify questions and share acquired knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition;
  • Willingness to travel nationally;
  • Experience in the food industry and with Tecfood or similar systems;
  • Have the necessary equipment and tools to work from home and at client sites (computer/mobile phone and internet connection);
  • Organized and comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets;
  • Good communication skills and strong ability to teach/train;
  • Experience with system implementation processes.
