Customer Service Representative III

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide concierge service to customers for a personalized experience
- Anticipate needs and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain relationships with warehouse team, carriers, vendors, and customers
- Proactive communication, including after office hours and weekends
- Manage relationships and internal communication for improving customer satisfaction
- Participate in customer visits and department meetings
- Generate KPI reports for assigned customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Superior problem solving and solid analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to align and work with cross-functional peers and teams
- Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload
- Strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and adaptability in a changing environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- Good understanding of planning, inventory management, warehouse operation and manufacturing capabilities
