About the role

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and specialized roles.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical roles across regions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, providing market insights and consultative guidance.
  • Lead global initiatives such as internship programs, diversity hiring strategies, and employer branding campaigns.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to global labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including global exposure.
  • Proven success recruiting for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment marketing, and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
