About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively source and engage passive GTM candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Build pipelines that serve both open roles and the ones we'll open next quarter.
  • Use creative, data-informed sourcing strategies to surface a diverse slate of top talent.
  • Lean into AI tools to work smarter - sourcing, outreach, screening, and everywhere else they sharpen your edge.
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales and other GTM roles, including Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership hires.
  • Partner with hiring leaders from kickoff through close - calibrating on the role, designing the interview loop, and aligning on what "great" looks like.
  • Adapt in real time as hiring needs shift. Bring agile planning, transparent communication, and data to the conversation.
  • Run substantive interviews that assess both capability and culture fit.
  • Tell our story in a way that makes top candidates want to lean in.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that's high-touch, honest, and timely — every time.
  • Keep Greenhouse clean and current, and report on the metrics that move the business.
  • Treat process as a product. Evaluate what's working, fix what isn't, and ship improvements that make hiring faster and better.
  • Champion AI across the recruiting workflow. Bring new tools, new ideas, and a bias for trying things.
  • Share what you learn so the whole team gets better.
  • Partner with People Ops and hiring managers to make the handoff from offer to first day feel seamless.
  • Support onboarding touchpoints for GTM hires.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior sales talent.
  • Time spent in a hyper-growth SaaS environment (required).
  • Working fluency with Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI - you're already using it, and you want to push further.
  • A builder's instinct. You see a broken process and want to fix it, not file a ticket.
  • The ability to run independently and the instinct to bring your team along.
  • Sharp organization and time management. You can juggle a dozen reqs without dropping one.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building chops with candidates and stakeholders alike.
  • Adaptability. Priorities shift in a high-growth org, and you roll with it.
  • Located in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
