About the role
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation.
- Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues.
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications.
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained.
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications.
Requirements
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels.
- Excellent English, written and Oral.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
- A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies.
- Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential).
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
- Microsoft Technologies; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Power Platform, Azure / Cloud concepts knowledge.
