About the role

  • Manage and optimize our SSO platform (JumpCloud, Microsoft 365), ensuring secure, seamless access across applications.
  • Administer and support MDM/EMM tools (JumpCloud and Jamf) for macOS and Windows devices, including deployment, compliance, and patch management.
  • Collaborate on configuration and policy enforcement to align with security and compliance requirements.
  • Administer Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including email, calendaring, groups, and licensing.
  • Support DNS and email security management to ensure high availability, deliverability, and protection against spam/phishing.
  • Manage endpoint security with SentinelOne and ensure compliance with security awareness training (KnowBe4).
  • Maintain and manage compliance frameworks in Vanta, including conducting audits, collecting evidence, and performing control testing to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
  • Proactively monitor for vulnerabilities and risks, implementing remediation and mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee computer and hardware lifecycle management, from procurement through decommission.
  • Manage IT asset inventory with Jira Assets, maintaining accurate records for compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Work with vendors and service providers to scale IT infrastructure and services.
  • Partner with cross-functional and international teams, including counterparts in India, to drive consistent IT practices globally.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Contribute to IT roadmap planning by evaluating new tools, vendors, and services.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, and technical guides.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on MDM/EMM and SSO tooling, computer deployment, security, compliance and project management.
  • Proven track record of working with vendors and partners to develop and implement successful IT projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices, tools, and technologies, including cloud computing, virtualization, and IT security.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience working with international teams is a plus.
