About the role
- Provide support to the Project Manager Planning & Reporting as well as the Project Managers IPS and DOC assigned to projects in preparing schedules and defining structured work packages.
- Actively participate in project planning, control and the administrative management of work packages in the Jira ticketing system, in SAP and in the resource planning tool in use.
- Support the preparation of resource planning.
- Store and maintain work package data in various IT systems such as SAP, Jira and MS Project.
- Create, maintain and update templates for project reports, minutes and presentations, and support project leads in preparing specific reports.
- Conduct regular planning meetings with the aforementioned project managers.
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational qualification as a State-certified Technician (m/f/d) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification recognized in Germany, with relevant professional experience.
- Initial practical experience in project planning and project-related reporting.
- Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Power BI (or eazy BI), Confluence, SAP and MS Project.
- Basic knowledge of project management methods and experience in their practical application.
- Very good user-level proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
