About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform vulnerability assessments on technology infrastructures;
Identify, prioritize and track vulnerabilities according to their risk level;
Manage remediation plans and follow up on security patches;
Participate in monitoring the security posture of technology environments;
Implement and maintain security dashboards and indicators;
Produce reports for various stakeholders;
Participate in automation activities related to vulnerability management;
Collaborate with operations, infrastructure and cybersecurity teams;
Conduct technology and security monitoring to stay up to date;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as information technology, cybersecurity or software engineering;
Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on vulnerability management;
Experience with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc or OpenVAS;
Proficient with Microsoft Sentinel for monitoring, event correlation and alerting;
Experience producing security dashboards and reports;
Experience in automating the prioritization and tracking of vulnerabilities;
Comprehensive understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle;
Good knowledge of Azure and hybrid environments;
Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as CIS Benchmarks, CVSS and MITRE ATT&CK;
Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux systems;
Knowledge of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS and segmentation;
General knowledge of application security;
Proficiency in Python for automating cybersecurity-related tasks;
Functional knowledge of English;
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, organization and professional rigor.
