Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure the operation and administration of Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) platforms
- Take ownership of level 2 and 3 incidents and problems related to Oracle environments
- Participate in the management of service requests and standardized change requests
- Maintain and optimize Oracle WebLogic Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments
- Perform analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues
- Participate in migration and modernization activities for Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Contribute to the deployment of patches, enhancements and production releases
- Produce and keep technical and operational documentation up to date
- Ensure knowledge transfer to the client's teams
- Ensure compliance with security standards, regulatory requirements and IT operations best practices
- Collaborate on modernization and migration work for strategic Oracle applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Sc.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline
- Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience as an Oracle Fusion Middleware infrastructure consultant
- At least five (5) years' experience managing Oracle Fusion Middleware environments
- At least five (5) years' experience with Oracle WebLogic Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, Oracle Database, PL/SQL and SQL
- Relevant experience in incident, problem and change management in critical environments
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management processes
- Demonstrated autonomy, rigor and excellent analytical skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Oracle or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
- Experience in government, municipal or parapublic environments
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO 27002 or the NIST framework
- Participation in Oracle FMW or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure migration projects
- Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports and Oracle Designer
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
