About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design target IT architectures (both high-level and detailed) for data center and cloud environments
- Analyze business, functional and technological needs and translate them into architectural requirements
- Assess the current state of infrastructures and propose target architectures
- Perform gap analyses between the existing environment and proposed solutions
- Recommend technologies and best practices for data centers, virtualization and cloud
- Propose optimization, standardization and automation strategies
- Integrate security, performance, resilience and availability considerations from the design phase
- Support teams in solution implementation (proofs of concept, integration, production rollout)
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of solutions and environments
- Prepare architecture deliverables (diagrams, models, technical documentation)
- Participate in coordination meetings and track project progress
- Ensure knowledge transfer and document solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in IT architecture within complex environments
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant experience in the following areas: data centers, IT infrastructure and cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS)
- Experience in design, modeling and governance of IT architectures
- Ability to analyze requirements and align solutions with business objectives
- Strong expertise in designing performant, secure and scalable solutions
- Experience in technical leadership and architecture governance
- Knowledge of environments and technologies:
- - Virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V)
- - Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- - Windows, Unix/Linux systems
- - SQL and NoSQL databases
- - Cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, hybrid)
- Familiarity with modern practices: DevOps, automation, infrastructure as code
- Ability to manage solution risks, costs and performance
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Autonomy, rigor and analytical mindset
