About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute high-complexity business architecture engagements involving multiple stakeholders and large-scale organizational environments;
Produce comprehensive opportunity and business case dossiers, including:
- context analysis
- business issues
- definition of requirements
- solution scenarios
- recommendations and implementation strategy;
Develop and validate target vision architectures covering the business, information, application and technology dimensions;
Conduct comparative analyses of scenarios, including organizational, technological and financial impacts, and recommend the preferred solutions;
Guide the definition and modeling of business processes (current and target) and propose optimization opportunities;
Support strategic decision-making by:
- producing executive documentation
- preparing presentations for senior leadership
- drafting decision memos;
Assist managers in defining business vision and strategic orientations;
Ensure alignment between business objectives, organizational directions and proposed solutions;
Estimate costs, effort and timelines and define delivery strategies for initiatives;
Lead or structure analysis work in contexts where deliverables are produced under fixed-price engagements, requiring strict control of effort and deliveries;
Actively participate in governance, coordination and monitoring activities for engagements, including stakeholder management;
Ensure structured knowledge transfer to internal teams;
Produce all expected deliverables in accordance with organizational standards and ensure their quality until their approval;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 12 years of IT / business experience
Minimum 8 years as a senior business architect
Demonstrated experience with:
- Major engagements (≥ 500 person-days and ≥ 1,200 person-days)
- Complex contexts (≥ 5,000 person-days)
- Production of executive documentation for senior leadership
Experience in large-scale organizations (public sector, insurance, banking, etc.)
Strong expertise in:
- Business architecture
- Digital transformation
- Governance and strategic decision-making
Ability to deliver in fixed-price engagements (risk concentrated on actual effort)
Leadership, influence and advisory skills
Excellent strategic communication skills;
