Business Analyst, IT

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, document and analyze the needs of users and stakeholders;
- Understand and model existing business processes;
- Identify gaps, issues and opportunities for improvement;
- Produce analysis deliverables (requirements, use cases, functional specifications);
- Participate in defining solutions in collaboration with project and technical teams;
- Ensure traceability of needs and requirements;
- Support solution validation activities;
- Take part in governance activities and follow-up meetings;
- Ensure consistency of all deliverables produced.
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology
- Relevant experience in business analysis within an IT context
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyze organizational processes
- Ability to produce structured, high-quality deliverables
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a structured environment involving multiple stakeholders
- Adherence to security, confidentiality and compliance requirements.
