Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze the existing cloud environment and provide recommendations
Design or adjust Azure architectures
Help optimize performance, security, availability, and costs
Support deployment automation and Infrastructure as Code
Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams
Contribute to monitoring, alerting, logging, and operability strategies
Participate in incident analysis and operational issue resolution
Document recommended guidelines and configurations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in Azure cloud architecture
Experience with modern application environments and PaaS services
Experience in automation and DevOps practices
Strong understanding of cloud security concerns
Ability to work with development and operations teams
Excellent technical documentation skills
Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and observability
Cloud security, identity and access management
High availability and resilience architecture
Cost and performance optimization
Azure API Management, Azure App Service, Azure Functions
Azure Front Door, Azure WAF, Azure Key Vault
Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Monitor / Application Insights
Azure B2C, ARM, Bicep, or Terraform
Microsoft Azure certifications
Contract engagement or resource pool, depending on client needs
Primarily remote work; availability to coordinate for on-site or intervention requests as needed
