About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support organizations in transforming and optimizing their business processes.
  • Model current and target processes using the BPMN standard.
  • Participate in large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Develop organizational and technological transformation scenarios.
  • Contribute to the implementation of ERP, CRM, or emerging technology solutions.
  • Perform impact analyses (organizational, technological, operational).
  • Prepare opportunity cases, business cases, and strategic presentations.
  • Document processes and ensure their standardization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (IT and business).
  • Ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Perform any other assignments related to process architecture.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold a university degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Have fifteen (15) years of experience in information technology, including at least five (5) recent years in digital transformation involving process modeling and optimization.
  • Acted as a process transformation advisor on at least three (3) major programs (10,000 person-days each) involving an ERP, a CRM, or emerging technologies (AI, cloud computing).
  • Contributed as an advisor to process modeling and transformation in at least three major projects, with a minimum involvement of 220 person-days per project.
  • Completed five (5) BPMN process documentation assignments in organizations with 1,000 employees or more.
  • Developed opportunity cases, business cases, or strategic presentations in at least two organizations of more than 1,000 employees.
  • Excellent command of process modeling techniques and associated tools.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills in French.
