About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

TEHORA is currently seeking a Central Implementation Analyst to support the maintenance, evolution and development activities of central systems.
The person will work in critical technology environments and will actively participate in producing and validating functional documentation as well as supporting testing and production deployment activities.
Analysis and understanding of functional architecture documents
Writing and updating functional specifications
Collaboration with users and stakeholders
Participation in functional testing and correction of defects
Contribution to testing and deployment strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a bachelor’s degree in information technology (computer science, software engineering, or computer engineering) or another relevant field, or have a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience
Have five (5) years of experience in development and maintenance of central and/or client-server systems in a distributed environment
Have two (2) years of experience producing functional specifications as part of system development or maintenance
Have completed assignments using development methods similar to those used at Revenu Québec (DMR-P2 and P3)
Have three (3) years of experience as a functional analyst in a central systems environment operating with an IDMS database and using one of the following technologies: COBOL and CICS with TSO/ISPF and JCL tools
