Talent Acquisition Manager, IT & Engineering

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and lead the talent acquisition strategy (IT & engineering)
- Identify, approach, and recruit specialized profiles (consultants, experts, engineers)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Collaborate with proposal teams to quickly meet resourcing needs
- Analyze client needs and define target profiles
- Write and post targeted job advertisements
- Conduct screening interviews and assess technical and behavioral competencies
- Manage candidate follow-up throughout the recruitment process
- Develop attraction strategies (LinkedIn, networking, partnerships, etc.)
- Implement and optimize recruitment tools and processes
- Contribute to employer branding and the visibility of TEHORA
- Monitor the labor market and recruitment trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or engineering
- Excellent knowledge of the technical talent market
- Proven ability to assess a wide range of technical profiles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and able to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- Fluency in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
