About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze tender results (submitted prices, winning prices, positioning)
Monitor market and competitor pricing
Develop and maintain a bids and pricing database
Identify pricing trends by sector, client and region
Recommend appropriate pricing strategies (aggressive, optimized, premium)
Collaborate with the finance team to validate margins and break-even thresholds
Support bid teams in setting prices
Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results
Develop decision-support tools (pricing models, simulators)
Produce dashboards and performance indicators (win rate, margins, competitiveness)
Contribute to the continuous improvement of bidding strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a university degree in finance, economics, business administration, engineering or a relevant field
Have 3 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, market intelligence, or pricing
Excellent quantitative and strategic analytical skills
Comfortable interpreting complex data
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
Good understanding of bidding or tender environments
Rigorous, structured, and results-oriented
Strong communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
