About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure the planning, organization and monitoring of digital twin projects
Establish and maintain governance mechanisms (committees, metrics, accountability)
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (technical, data, IoT, 3D, UX, etc.)
Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets and deliverables
Oversee change and priority management
Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
Produce progress reports and management dashboards
Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with contractual requirements
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in project management, engineering, IT or a related field
Minimum of 8 to 12 years’ experience in project management, including complex projects
Demonstrated experience in project or program governance
Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
Proven mobilizing leadership and excellent coordination skills
Strong analytical, planning and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
Required knowledge (assets)
Experience in technology projects (IoT, data, digital platforms, GIS, BIM)
Knowledge of digital transformation or smart city environments
Experience in portfolio management (PMO)
Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.)
