About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure the planning, organization and monitoring of digital twin projects
  • Establish and maintain governance mechanisms (committees, metrics, accountability)
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (technical, data, IoT, 3D, UX, etc.)
  • Manage project risks, issues and dependencies
  • Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets and deliverables
  • Oversee change and priority management
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Produce progress reports and management dashboards
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with contractual requirements
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in project management, engineering, IT or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 to 12 years’ experience in project management, including complex projects
  • Demonstrated experience in project or program governance
  • Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent)
  • Proven mobilizing leadership and excellent coordination skills
  • Strong analytical, planning and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written); English is an asset
  • Required knowledge (assets)
  • Experience in technology projects (IoT, data, digital platforms, GIS, BIM)
  • Knowledge of digital transformation or smart city environments
  • Experience in portfolio management (PMO)
  • Certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, MSP, etc.)
