Engineer

• Carry out on-site monitoring of works and manage correspondence follow-up from our offices;
• Actively participate, with the project manager, in preparing the "Monitoring Plan" in connection with our contract and the full scope of services to be provided;
• Attend site meetings;
• Conduct periodic inspections as well as inspections with reservations (provisional) and without reservations (final) of the works;
• Verify the contractor's payment applications;
• Prepare deficiency lists and ensure follow-up by the contractor and their subcontractors;
• Prepare site directives and/or change notices in coordination with the project manager and the design team;
• Follow up with the project manager and the design team;
• Ensure equipment start-up/commissioning by the contractor and subcontractors;
• Review project closeout documents to be submitted by the contractor.
