Manage the full recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers (identifying the need, posting job ads, screening resumes, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending pre-employment tests and issuing the employment contract);
Set recruitment priorities and maintain rigorous follow-up on ongoing mandates;
Follow up with candidates not selected regarding their applications;
Build and maintain talent pools and qualify candidates for future needs;
Source passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest;
Demonstrate strong expertise in social media recruiting and establish a presence on LinkedIn with both active and passive candidates;
Assess candidates’ skills against business requirements;
Advise and support managers during interviews and candidate selection;
Propose and implement attraction and talent acquisition solutions (search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources);
Stay up to date on market trends (job postings, interview templates, psychometric tests).
Requirements
3 months to 1 year of recruitment experience;
EXPERIENCE IN A RECRUITMENT AGENCY: strongly preferred;
Ability to work in a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Good ability to manage unexpected situations and priorities, identify problems and seek possible solutions;
Strong organizational skills, rigor and attention to detail;
Initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps and required actions;
Excellent client-oriented approach and diligence in follow-ups;
Strong sense of ethics and ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information;
Autonomous use of Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter;
Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions according to established recruitment priorities;
Experience recruiting specialized IT and engineering roles (civil engineering, construction/public works is an asset);
Intermediate level of English, spoken and written;
Impeccable French, spoken and written.
