Counselor

• Prepare and draft responses to tenders and requests for proposals (RFPs) for which they are responsible.
• Develop innovative approaches and new sourcing strategies to grow the company's business.
• Issue and write recommendations related to the management of tenders and contracts for the files under their oversight, and develop analytical tools to facilitate contract monitoring.
• Prepare the closure of tenders and contracts and carry out the process in coordination with internal requestors.
• Engage with suppliers, when required, to address performance issues or other recurring and/or major contractual concerns.
• Participate in monitoring and benchmarking best practices in strategic procurement.
