About the role

  • Prepare invoices and send them within required deadlines
  • Enter time records into payroll software for salary processing
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices with clients
  • Draft, review and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports)
  • Record minutes of meetings
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for the company’s various projects

Requirements
