About the role
- Prepare invoices and send them within required deadlines
- Enter time records into payroll software for salary processing
- Follow up on outstanding invoices with clients
- Draft, review and proofread documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, reports)
- Record minutes of meetings
- Provide high-quality administrative support for the company’s various projects
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements
- Strong numerical aptitude
- A background in accounting or finance is an asset
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
