About the role

  • Ensure each client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across their accounts
  • Liaise directly with clients and internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance
  • Partner with clients to discuss event ticketing build requirements and time frames
  • Deliver accurate event builds and provide timely and concise reporting and insights
  • Build and maintain events within the Ticketing System and manage ticketing operations on event days
  • Provide on-site testing, client support and engagement throughout the duration of events, including management of Box Office Staff
  • Manage post-event reporting, settlements, and operational feedback
  • Collaborate on event marketing and promotional strategies and ensure implementation
  • Work with the State Manager and team to innovate and provide value-added services to increase ticket sales and build brand and event profile

  • Understanding or ability to learn ticketing systems and processes
  • Client/customer relationship skills (desirable)
  • Experience in Events or ticketing roles (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualified (desirable but not essential)
  • Ability to manage box office staff and on-site event operations
  • Willingness to work outside of business hours and on weekends
