Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Philippines
5-8 years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in external or internal audit
Solid knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulatory requirements
Proven experience preparing statutory and management financial reports
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial governance
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
Experience transitioning from audit into a commercial finance role
Background in high-volume transactional environments (ticketing, retail, e-commerce)
Exposure to multinational or regional finance structures
People leadership experience
Experience with process improvement, automation, or system implementations
