About the role
- Support the development of platform-first content strategies and always-on content plans for key tours and events
- Work with Social Media Manager & Website and CRM Manager to align content activity with campaign rollouts and commercial objectives
- Stay across new formats, trends and creative approaches to bring fresh ideas into content delivery
- Support the Head of Marketing, Creative & Content with traffic management across the team’s workflow
- Write, schedule, and publish social-first content including copy, captions, memes and other imagery.
- Support the day-to-day running of social channels, including community engagement and reactive content across TEG channels.
- Create and manage content calendars, ensuring integration with wider campaigns and seasonal events.
- Draft Website and eDM copy and support with eDM send and website updates as required.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers and content creators to bring ideas to life
- Ensure all content reflects brand tone and voice
- Liaise with external creators, freelancers, and content partners as required
- Work with promoters, artists, and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and manage risk
- Track and monitor content performance across campaigns and channels
- Report on reach, engagement and growth metrics, and apply learnings to future content
- Work with the Performance & Insights team to understand audience behaviour and campaign impact
- Keep up to date with emerging tools, trends, and community culture to inform content approaches
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a social media or content production role, ideally in entertainment, media, music or sport
- Strong understanding of social platforms, formats, and audiences (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, YouTube etc.)
- Proven ability to create engaging content — strong copywriting, graphic design, visual storytelling, and content for website and digital channels
- Highly organised and collaborative, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Familiarity with social publishing and reporting tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, or native platform tools
- Experience working within CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, Braze and Audience Republic
- Genuine passion for culture, live events, and digital creativity
- Proven ability to work independently and partner professionally with key stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight timeframes while maintaining high quality and accuracy of work
- Desirable experience: Experience working in the live entertainment, touring, or events sector; Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools; Exposure to hybrid agency/in-house environments; Enthusiasm for arts, culture and entertainment
