About the role

- Lead digital transformation within Ovation and own the comprehensive cybersecurity program
- Responsibilities include strategic planning, policy development, implementation, compliance management, and stakeholder alignment to support growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior Information Security leadership role, preferably as a CISO in technology, entertainment, or critical infrastructure organisations
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent accreditation
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to influence at board and senior leadership level
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST), regulatory compliance, and risk management standards
- Demonstrated track record of successfully implementing cybersecurity initiatives across complex technology environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and team leadership capabilities
