Apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence.
Support modeling strategy, strengthen discipline execution, and own coordination and documentation quality across projects.
Contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support.
Help maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards.
Refine workflows, improve modeling standards, and support updates in GitHub based on lessons learned from project experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience.
4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects, including exposure to coordination processes or field related activities.
Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development.
Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution.
Ability to maintain model health at a senior production level, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup.
Ability to manage and maintain coordinated models, produce accurate drawings with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads.
Solid technical understanding of technology systems and engineering principles; ability to perform calculations, conduct product research, and contribute to design development with limited guidance.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
Industry certifications preferred but not required: EIT — plus, CDT — plus, CTS (AV) — plus, RCDD (Telecom) — plus, PSP/CPP (Security) — plus, PE — plus.
