About the role
- Direct a team to serve and develop long-term relationships with clients
- Manage resources and workload assignments
- Mentor and develop team members
- Review project financial metrics
- Identify and follow up on leads
- Ensure business processes are followed
- Conduct creative and engineering reviews
- Help bring work into the team
Requirements
- Bachelors (business administration or construction management preferred) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of ten years experience in discipline (telecom, security, audiovisual, acoustics, Wi-Fi, network) design for facilities construction projects
- Minimum of ten years experience with project management software
- Minimum of ten years in a consulting role
- Proficiency in Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, G Suite, Asana
- Project Management Professional (PMP) required
- Other industry certifications (RCDD, CPP, CDT, CTS-D, PSP, etc.) are a plus
