About the role
- Analyze existing customer retention measures and benchmark loyalty programs
- Develop a concept for a loyalty points system (digital or hybrid)
- Assess technical feasibility and integration into existing processes
- Develop potential reward models (discounts, exclusive services, etc.)
- If applicable, support implementation together with Marketing, IT and Sales
- Present findings and recommended actions to Sales Management / Executive Management
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Business, Marketing, Innovation Management, E‑Commerce or a comparable degree program
- Interest in customer retention, loyalty programs and customer experience
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Structured, independent working style
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ideally, initial experience with loyalty programs (e.g., through internships, projects, etc.)
