About the role
- Administration and maintenance of the ERP system (users, permissions, updates)
- Customization and configuration of modules
- Creation of reports and SQL queries
- Analysis and resolution of incidents, user support and training
- Participation in projects and implementation of new functionalities
- Management of interfaces to other systems
- Documentation and user manuals
Requirements
- Degree in (business) informatics/computer science or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in ERP administration
- Solid knowledge of IFS or comparable ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle)
- Strong SQL skills and experience in interface and data management
- Analytical and conceptual skills combined with a solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Plus: Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM or BI solutions
- Knowledge of additional programming or scripting languages
- Good written and spoken English
