About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
- Clearly communicating Tecspal's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
- Expected to consistently meet outreach activity KPIs
- Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
- Share insights with sales and marketing to support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience as an SDR or in sales roles.
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
- Think-out-of-the-box mindset
- Able to think strategically and tactically.
- Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
- Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
