About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including email, phone, and social media outreach
  • Clearly communicating Tecspal's value propositions to prospects and learning about their needs to see if there’s a good fit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
  • Expected to consistently meet outreach activity KPIs
  • Participate in regular sales training and professional development opportunities
  • Share insights with sales and marketing to support continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience as an SDR or in sales roles.
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively
  • Think-out-of-the-box mindset
  • Able to think strategically and tactically.
  • Able to maintain a positive attitude in the face of criticism, rejection, or failure
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
