About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of partner accounts, becoming their main point of contact at Tecspal.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network.
- Support partners end-to-end across quotes, pricing, orders, and logistics coordination.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that turn into recurring revenue.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets tied to account growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable, as you'll work daily with international partners.
- Based in Uruguay.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
- Accountability and ownership.
- Comfortable owning numbers and working toward clear targets.
- Hungry to learn the commercial side of a global hardware and logistics business.
- Nice to have: Prior exposure to B2B or partnership-driven sales models.
- Interest in hardware, logistics, or operations.
- Knowledge of hardware, PCs and specifications of computers.
