About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of partner accounts, becoming their main point of contact at Tecspal.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network.
  • Support partners end-to-end across quotes, pricing, orders, and logistics coordination.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships that turn into recurring revenue.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets tied to account growth.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) — non-negotiable, as you'll work daily with international partners.
  • Based in Uruguay.
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and organizational skills.
  • Accountability and ownership.
  • Comfortable owning numbers and working toward clear targets.
  • Hungry to learn the commercial side of a global hardware and logistics business.
  • Nice to have: Prior exposure to B2B or partnership-driven sales models.
  • Interest in hardware, logistics, or operations.
  • Knowledge of hardware, PCs and specifications of computers.
