About the role
- Monitor and analyze the full business funnel, covering acquisition, activation, conversion, revenue and repurchase stages.
- Track performance KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, significant variances and optimization opportunities across the funnel.
- Support pricing analyses, promotional campaigns and assessment of commercial impacts on business results.
- Assist in structuring and evolving key performance indicators for Marketing, Sales/Commercial, Operations, Product and Customer Experience.
- Build, maintain and improve recurring dashboards and reports (weekly and monthly), ensuring data consistency and reliability.
- Organize metric definitions, data sources and monitoring routines, promoting standardization and analytical clarity.
- Translate operational data and complex analyses into concise, clear and actionable executive-level insights.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to understand metrics, processes and business needs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of performance monitoring routines and data governance practices.
- Provide direct support to leadership in interpreting indicators, prioritizing actions and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience in areas such as Analytics, Performance, Planning and Operations.
- Practical experience defining, tracking and analyzing KPIs and business metrics.
- Strong analytical ability combined with good organizational and structuring skills.
- Ability to work with data from different areas and business contexts.
- Ability to design and define indicators, going beyond analysis of already consolidated numbers.
- Good communication skills and ease of interaction with multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Curious, autonomous and critical-thinking mindset, oriented toward continuous improvement.
