About the role
- Serve as the technical reference for the organization and for the squads
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and technology benchmarks
- Identify technology trends and innovation opportunities
- Assess the competitive advantages of technologies available in the market
- Gather, analyze, and detail technical requirements for new products and services
- Propose suitable, scalable architectures that integrate with the company's ecosystem
- Empower the team technically, supporting architectural and technology decisions
- Ensure that developed solutions can be integrated and evolved in the future
- **Desired experience:**
- Work on medium- and high-complexity projects
- Participation in discovery phases, architecture definition, and technical decision making
Requirements
- Previous experience in web and mobile systems development
- Experience as a technical lead, Tech Lead, or equivalent role
- Experience with medium- and high-complexity systems
- Experience working in agile and collaborative environments
- Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking
- Clear understanding of technology’s impact on business results
- Good communication skills for interacting with technical teams and stakeholders
