About the role
- Structure, refine and maintain advanced pricing models, ensuring alignment with strategy, margins and market positioning.
- Conduct sensitivity and price elasticity analyses, assessing impacts on volume, revenue and profitability.
- Support the definition and evolution of strategic commercial policies, in partnership with the Commercial, Finance and Product teams.
- Prepare and present executive reports and management analyses to the board, delivering clear, decision-oriented insights.
- Serve as a technical reference, mentoring more junior analysts and contributing to the development of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- MBA in Finance or Commercial Management is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel proficiency, solid knowledge of SQL and experience using BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact across functions and levels of the organization.
- Experience in Pricing, FP&A or Finance areas, working on strategic pricing analyses.
- Experience in medium or large companies and/or highly competitive markets, with a strong results orientation.
