About the role
- Define and maintain the short- and mid-term product roadmap
- Conduct market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Monitor retention, engagement and adoption metrics
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritized requirements
- Lead discovery processes and validate hypotheses with users
- Act as a facilitator between technical and business teams
- Support junior PMs and POs with more technical activities
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management
- Strong command of product metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, MAU/DAU)
- Experience with OKRs, KPIs and backlog prioritization
- Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Clear communicator, collaborative attitude and results-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Product, Business or related areas
