About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • 🚀 You will be responsible for:
  • Responding to prospective and active customers to perform sales and validate new products via phone, videoconference, WhatsApp and email;
  • Managing the full sales process from start to finish;
  • Explaining products and services to leads using a consultative sales approach aligned with the customer’s key needs;
  • Delivering product presentations;
  • Managing the sales funnel and account portfolio;
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at providing the best possible customer experience;

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 🤓 To successfully carry out day-to-day activities, you will need:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Commercial/Sales area;
  • Basic programming concepts knowledge, sufficient to discuss technical concepts with a developer regarding our products;
  • Experience in Inside Sales;
  • Experience with CRM — preferably Salesforce;
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (SPIN, mental triggers, rapport, etc.);
  • Familiarity with area tools (e.g., customer service platforms and Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar);
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Customer relationship focus;
  • 🤩 What would be a plus:
  • Courses and/or certifications in IT or Sales/Commercial areas;
