About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the management of relationships with our suppliers, maintaining direct contact with banking institutions and partners to resolve issues, handling requests originating from both internal and external sources.
  • Assist with low-complexity customer requests, guiding customers on how to resolve reported issues and enabling autonomy in case of recurrence (via phone, chat, e-mail, and ticketing systems).
  • Help reproduce and simulate customer issues and scenarios, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
  • Propose improvements and fixes to the Product Owner (PO), contributing to product evolution.
  • Assist with validations and tests when necessary, supporting development and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
  • Prepare product usage demonstrations that facilitate customer integrations, optimize go-live processes, and improve understanding of our solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Interest in customer support, with a focus on problem solving;
  • Experience with customer support tools (ticketing, chat, e-mail);
  • Basic knowledge of programming logic;
  • Availability for shifts and on-call duties when necessary;
  • Basic theoretical knowledge of how APIs work;
  • Ease in learning new technologies and processes;
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple demands;
