About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the management of relationships with our suppliers, maintaining direct contact with banking institutions and partners to resolve issues, handling requests originating from both internal and external sources.
Assist with low-complexity customer requests, guiding customers on how to resolve reported issues and enabling autonomy in case of recurrence (via phone, chat, e-mail, and ticketing systems).
Help reproduce and simulate customer issues and scenarios, understand their needs, and provide solutions.
Propose improvements and fixes to the Product Owner (PO), contributing to product evolution.
Assist with validations and tests when necessary, supporting development and ensuring the quality of delivered solutions.
Prepare product usage demonstrations that facilitate customer integrations, optimize go-live processes, and improve understanding of our solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Interest in customer support, with a focus on problem solving;
Experience with customer support tools (ticketing, chat, e-mail);
Basic knowledge of programming logic;
Availability for shifts and on-call duties when necessary;
Basic theoretical knowledge of how APIs work;
Ease in learning new technologies and processes;
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple demands;
