About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of the unit's marketing plan, ensuring monitoring of deliverables and alignment with established timelines.
  • Create and manage paid traffic campaigns (Google Ads and Meta Ads), collaborating on conversion tracking and brand awareness.
  • Support the planning and production of content for the blog, social media and YouTube, producing copy aligned with the products' value proposition.
  • Support product and campaign launches, assisting in the creation of schedules and briefs.
  • Participate in market research, competitor analysis and persona definition.
  • Produce conversion-focused copy and develop landing pages using tools such as GreatPages or CloudPages.
  • Support the organization and follow-up of online (webinars) and in-person events, ensuring alignment of actions with the sales team.
  • Ensure alignment with the sales team and follow guidance from the operations lead.
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and generate operational reports with learnings and improvement suggestions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
  • Experience with design tools (Adobe or Canva) for creating simple and creative visual assets.
  • Familiarity with analytics and SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console (or similar tools like SE Ranking).
  • Strong organizational skills for managing plans, schedules and alignment processes.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication or related fields would be a differential.
  • Basic knowledge of or experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Understanding of sales funnel stages and their practical application in campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Growth Marketing strategies.
