About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive outbound sales to Tecnofit’s client base
- Conduct consultative outreach with gyms and managers in the fitness segment
- Present the benefits and features of the Tecnofit Digital Account
- Manage the end-to-end commercial process: outreach, needs diagnosis, negotiation, and closing
- Ensure activation and initial engagement of newly opened accounts
- Support monitoring of performance and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
- Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or commercial/customer relationship management
- Previous experience with financial industry products (banks, insurers, and/or fintechs)
- Experience with CRM systems and dialing/call tools is a plus
- Experience with consultative sales of digital products, technology, or financial services is a plus
- Comfortable working with a high volume of contacts
