About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct proactive outbound sales to Tecnofit’s client base
  • Conduct consultative outreach with gyms and managers in the fitness segment
  • Present the benefits and features of the Tecnofit Digital Account
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial process: outreach, needs diagnosis, negotiation, and closing
  • Ensure activation and initial engagement of newly opened accounts
  • Support monitoring of performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress)
  • Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or commercial/customer relationship management
  • Previous experience with financial industry products (banks, insurers, and/or fintechs)
  • Experience with CRM systems and dialing/call tools is a plus
  • Experience with consultative sales of digital products, technology, or financial services is a plus
  • Comfortable working with a high volume of contacts
