About the role

  • Build trusted relationships with owners and managers of companies that purchase our services;
  • Understand how clients' businesses operate, with the goal of guiding and educating them toward the desired success using Tecnofit;
  • Conduct meetings to train clients on our solutions and assist with necessary configurations, providing a “Wow” experience for the client in every interaction;
  • Support questions that may arise during the implementation process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for our clients;
  • Monitor the health and progress of clients' businesses in your portfolio to translate clients' business strategies into the platform and drive adoption of new services to accelerate their growth;
  • Manage churn risk during onboarding, implementing retention actions and action plans when needed;
  • Manage conflicts and resolve issues by engaging the relevant teams (Sales, Product, etc.);
  • Keep client and account information up to date in our CRM (HubSpot);
  • Share implementation and usage best practices for Tecnofit with the team to continuously raise individual and team standards;
  • Lead initiatives and small projects that improve the team's productivity and service quality;
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on the Tecnofit system and in customer service

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
  • Experience in customer-facing roles (support, sales, post-sales, etc.);
  • Basic knowledge of computers and web-based systems;
  • Knowledge of financial management and business administration is a plus.
