Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Customer Success Analyst or in an equivalent role.
- Strong command of the CS lifecycle in SaaS companies (onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal).
- Analytical capability to monitor usage, risk and performance data.
- Experience with CRM, Customer Success tools and playbook modeling.
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-management skills.
- Desired:
- Experience with customer base segmentation and health scores.
- Experience with expansion projects (upsell/cross-sell).
- Experience in fast-growing companies (scale-ups).
