About the role

  • Communicator & Coordinator: You are the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring smooth communication — always solution-oriented and working closely with our development team and consultants.
  • Inquiry Coordinator: You keep track of customer requests, coordinate them confidently, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Taskmaster: You take ownership of change and release management, support rollouts, and professionally manage test activities.
  • Workshops & Knowledge Transfer: You bring your expertise to workshops and ensure everyone on the team is aligned through clear, easy-to-understand documentation.
  • Quality Guardian: You assist with error analysis, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.

Requirements

  • You are eager to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and continuously expand your knowledge.
  • AI is not a foreign word to you — you have initial experience with AI tools and want to build on that knowledge.
  • Initial experience in an ERP environment is a plus but not required — motivation and willingness to learn are more important.
  • You are comfortable at the intersection of IT and business and want to design smart solutions for our customers.
  • Communication comes naturally to you: whether written or verbal, you communicate concisely. You are comfortable communicating in English.
