About the role
- Lead strategic negotiations and directly impact revenue.
- Expand commercial adoption of software solutions for B2B clients.
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle (prospecting through closing).
- Conduct consultative meetings with decision-makers and C-level executives.
- Identify opportunities within strategic accounts and grow revenue.
- Build and manage a CRM pipeline with predictable forecasting.
- Negotiate complex commercial proposals and contractor (PJ) agreements.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product to enhance offerings.
- Report performance metrics and market insights.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Commercial Executive / Senior B2B Sales professional in technology or software.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience in consultative sales of complex solutions (high average deal size).
- Proficiency in sales funnel management, pipeline oversight, and CRM usage.
- English proficiency for interacting with materials, tools, and potential partners.
- Availability for a hybrid work model and engagement under PJ (independent contractor) arrangement.
- Prior experience at software companies (SaaS, digital products) – a plus.
- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients – a plus.
- Active network within technology or innovation sectors – a plus.
- Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments – a plus.
