About the role
- Lead critical, high-complexity projects from the corporate portfolio, ensuring value delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
- Serve as a facilitator across multidisciplinary teams, managing expectations and influencing decision‑makers to ensure the success of initiatives.
- Ensure sustainment of implemented processes by monitoring actual performance with KPIs and leading continuous improvement committees.
- Conduct technical feasibility analyses and financial impact (ROI) assessments to ensure projects and process changes are economically sustainable.
- Develop policies, standards and procedures that translate corporate strategy into clear organizational guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience in process or project offices (BPMO/PMO).
- Proficiency in improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile).
- Data-driven, analytical mindset focused on performance indicators.
- Assertive communication skills with the ability to operate effectively at both operational and executive levels.
