About the role
- You will be responsible for managing the full B2B sales cycle, focusing on recruitment and selection solutions (Hunting) and on offers for on-demand technical teams (OTS).
- Your role will be to identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and turn complex needs into viable, scalable projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales for technology, software or IT services;
- Experience with consultative selling and long negotiation cycles;
- Strong communication skills, active listening and the ability to translate technical needs into business value;
- Autonomous, organized and results-oriented profile;
- Preferably experience in software development firms, tech consultancies or SaaS companies.
