About the role
- Configure and maintain Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) systems to support business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to billing and revenue management processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Keep up to date with the latest Oracle BRM features and industry trends to improve system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle BRM configuration and management.
- Strong understanding of billing and revenue management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Preferred qualifications: Experience with Oracle databases and SQL.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
