About the role
- Design, implement and maintain telecommunications systems and analytical solutions with a focus on QlikSense and QlikView to support operations and strategic business decisions.
- Responsible for developing high-performance interactive reports and dashboards, creating optimized data models, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into effective visualizations and promoting best practices in data analysis.
- Design, implement and maintain telecommunications systems that support corporate operations.
- Develop and optimize interactive reports and dashboards in QlikSense and QlikView.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable data visualizations.
- Create data models and optimize data sources to ensure performance and accuracy.
- Conduct testing and validation of reports to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Provide support and training to end users on tool functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with data, IT and business teams to continuously improve analytical processes.
Requirements
- Degree completed or in progress in Technology, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Advanced/Fluent English (used 100% of the time).
- Proven experience with QlikSense and QlikView.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
