About the role

  • Conduct code reviews with a focus on best practices, security, and performance;
  • Support the team in the technical refinement of requirements;
  • Ensure that deliveries are technically correct and well tested;
  • Guide the team on technical questions related to the stacks in use;
  • Act as a technical facilitator, promoting continuous improvement in the development process;
  • Work closely with the Product Owner (PO), QA, and other areas to ensure value-driven deliveries.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a senior developer, especially with:
  • .NET 6+ (preferably 8 or preview of 9)
  • .NET Framework 4 (legacy)
  • React (current version)
  • Node.js
  • SQL Server
  • Experience with Git, version control, and code reviews;
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.);
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Good communication and willingness to act as technical support for the team.
