About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage public-sector bids and proposals from qualification through to submission
- Lead management of bids ensuring compliance and quality
- Develop bid plans and schedules
- Coordinate contributors and subject-matter experts
- Facilitate planning and review sessions
- Manage review cycles and submissions
- Support bid/no-bid decision-making and governance activities
- Work with marketing for proposition messaging
- Capture lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing complex bids and proposals in technology or consulting
- Understanding of public-sector procurement processes
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work with technical specialists and senior leaders
- Experience with bid methodologies and frameworks
